'BView Influence' is a measure of how active a community member is. Points are awarded for contributing to the BView Community. These points are then used to calculate a member's 'BView Rank'.
Top ranking members of the BView Community are listed on the front page of member search.
Each member's point score is displayed with their rank. Higher ranks are earned by the accumulation of points.
Higher ranking members wield a greater influence in the calculation of buinesses' BView Scores. In other words, if a business is reviewed by two different members and each reviewer gives the business a different rating for Quality, Reliability and Value, the rating from the higher ranking reviewer will have a larger impact on the generation of the overall BView Score.
We also like to recognise the contribution of our most active members to the community; the top 25 are proudly displayed on the member search.
