Knowledgeable Staff (Recommended)

Pros The guy who works in the computer section is very knowledgeable and was exceptionally helpful to me over recent months as I tried to purchase a wii fit (namely go to Amazon).

There are vast ranges of products, so whether it's games, music, dvds or random stuff related to any of the above, this is one of the best places in Leicester. Always well air conditioned, nicely presented and well spaced it is easy to navigate and the staff are always on hand to help

Cons You can probably get everything in there somewhere else in Leicester for slightly cheaper, but why bother? Going to this supersize HMV is convinient and saves hassle.

Entertainment Heaven (Recommended)

Pros They have everything here. Music, DVD, Games, Posters everything entertainment
Big store
Very Spacious
Nice atmosphere, quite fitting for a music and entertainment store.
Good quick service.
Good sales
But most of all its just simple which is a good thing.

Cons Nothing in particular

Not As Mean As My Friends (Recommended)

Pros Well as the title suggests many friends of mine have commented on poor service and poor staff in this HMV or others across the country. Personally I think:

* Easy access - It is easy to get around, the aisles are not too crowded and most products are easy to find just by searching alphabetically

* Offers - There are often good offers compared to other highstreet dvd/cd retailers that include a variety of music from different genres and eras.

* Staff - I have always found the staff extremely helpful and in tune with the current music scene. Easy to approach and always friendly when serving you.
