Best bank in Hemsworth (Recommended)

Pros This branch of Barclays Bank in the centre of Hemsworth, right next to the Post Office, is unusually large for a village bank. It is far far bigger than the South Elmsall branch for example - over twice the size. It is very easy to access with pushchairs or wheelchairs and there are no steps throughout. It has indoor cash points, financial advisers, and four or five counters.

The staff are friendly and helpful on all of Barclay's products and services. My father in law visits here often and indeed it is his preferred branch out of South Elmsall, Pontefract and Ackworth due to it's light airy welcoming feel. Even on hot days it is not stuffy or irritating to visit, and I have never been in a queue of more than two people.

The best bank in Hemsworth bar none.
