Fantastic Store (Recommended)
Pros My favourite haunt in Edinburgh - it is a pleasure to shop in and you always know that you are getting a quality product. Nothing is too much bother for the staff, one in the haberdashery department once spent 20 minutes helping my mother and myself with fabric for a wedding gown. It also has a great after sales serv ice - cannot recommend highly enough

Always quality (Recommended)
Pros Large department store featuring a restaurant with view of the skyline, 2 coffee shops and beauty spa. Lots of things under one roof - the toy, bed linen and electrical departments are particularly good. Electrical appliances come with a minimum 2 year guarantee. I like that the store will put aside purchases for you to collect later by car (opposite the store) - just remember to get a token for the collect car park!
Cons You may get goods cheaper online. Not the cheapest to park nearby.
