Pointing me in the right direction (Recommended)

Pros I used Arrows to get my current job with Xbridge/BView. I found the job advert on one of the big recruitment websites, and once Arrows received my CV they were quick to give me a call and discuss my suitability for the role before putting me forward for an interview.

I only really dealt with one person at arrows (Jasynta) and she was a pleasure to deal with, almost always returned phone calls when she said she would and kept me up to date with how things were progressing. She stayed in contact throughout my first few months in my new position to make sure things were working out.

Cons Obviously, once they knew everything was working out fine, I never heard from them again... but is this really a bad thing?
