Great Quality Reliable Service (Recommended)

Pros i use this shop quite regurlarly and i found the quality of the service and the quality of the products is nearly always of the highest standered

Ive also found that the petrol prices there are very cheap and they have just completely redone it so check it out

Cons Prices can be a bit steep compared to tesco and asda

Sometimes you get some a trouble outside and it can be intemidating

Shop is often untidy and sometimes you find mess about the place

Pros The food in Sainsburys is much better than our over local shop Morrison's the food there is not nice the bread is always soggy the hot dogs and are made from chicken and pork fat the tuna is just a disappointment and the amount of different ingredients,they use in all foods are silly ,flavors ,colors sugars ,potato starch ,even rice in ham just read the ingredients for your self in my opinion this is not the way forward and i will never go back at least with Sainsburys they try to keep them to a minimum i can not think of one thing of a better place to shop and is worth the extra penny.

Cons price isnt as cheap as other places so if you dont like paying extra than this is not for you.

Pros The service and quality of the products is top.

Easily beat the likes of tesco and morrisons for service and higher quality.

The store is well set out and is kept clean all the time, and it always has lots on offer from bread to chicken breasts

Cons The staff can be useless when there is a problem, and last time when they mis prices a product, they had me waiting a long time.

Not as cheap as asda and tesco, but some of it products are much much better than what other supermarkets offer.

Great Supermarket (Recommended)

Pros After being more or less forced to shop at the (what I think) awful Morrison's for a few months (it was the only supermarket in the area) it's such a relief to be able use a decent supermarket now I've moved house.

Sainsburys is always clean, the staff are very friendly and the range and quality of produce is excellent.

There's always plenty of parking spaces and a good stock of the smaller trolleys, useful for those of us who don't want a big trolley but buy too much to fit into a basket.

They have onsite cash machines, a pharmacy, a machine where you change up all your lose change and a cafe. What can I say - everything you would expect from a Supermarket.

Cons Sainsburys isnt as cheap as Asda and Tesco, nor is it as good quality as Waitrose, but is most probalby the best option inbetween

Big store, very high Quality (Recommended)

Pros This store is very big and has lots of products available.

The quality of these products are extremely high and the prices are quite reasonable considering.

Staff are very helpful and overall good.

Has some great offers on somethimes so its good to shop around.

Cons Parking can become hard around busy times, but overall its very easy to park.

Roads around sainsburys are very confusing and during busy periods, it can become busy.

Price isnt as cheap as other competitors

Great quality and choice (Recommended)

Pros This is a big, smart store with a really good range of food and non-food items. All the usual Sainsbury's quality foods you'd expect with basics range and special offers to suit a tighter budget. Sainsburys particularly good for healthier foods/special diets/gourmet foods. Their kids range is attractively packaged and contains no nasties too! Really good clothing dept here - lots of choice and we've found the products offer good value for money (kids/baby clothing comes up small on sizing so beware!). Great parking as not shared by other stores. Nice cafe inside offering very decent menu of hot and cold food and drinks - includes little kids corner.

Cons Access via A45 is confusing when coming from coventry - lots of lanes to navigate! Hot food ordering is a bit of a quirky system and involves the cashiers leaving the till and hopping into kitchen. A full trolley of shopping probably will cost you more than asda or tesco - but worth it for a whole lot more nicer shopping experience.

Quality is Outstanding (Recommended)

Pros If your going to sainsburys, buy some strawberries.

Never had such nice ones.

The staff are nice and helpful, the layout is good, and the prices are reasonable

Cons Had a couple of incidents with this sainsurys.

Once with a shaver they tried to charge me £3 extra, and once the car wash damaged my alloys

It's not a local store, it's a huge supermarket! (Recommended)

Pros The customer service is always friendly, so long as you aren't making a complaint or asking for a refund. The queues are never too bad, and the meat and fish counters have staff who actually know what they're talking about! The product range is good and overall quality of food is very good. There is a large and comprehensive selection of magazines that surpasses most of the local newsagents. Sales are really great, you can pick up some fantastic bargains but you have to get in there quick.

Cons If anything goes wrong with a product the follow-up service is abysmal. Write a letter to head office if you expect recompense, the store team will just fob you off. Food is costlier than at other supermarkets, though I suspect you get what you pay for.
