A fantastic local

Pros
I don't visit this place as often as I should really. It's a near-perfect local really. Serves fine ale, great wine (organic and personally selected by the owners) and absolutely outstanding pizzas.
Aside from the wares on sale, they have free wi-fi access and a friendly bunch behind the bar who will make blow-ins feel as welcome as the many locals. They run a number of different nights to rope in a few extra punters which improves the close-knit feel to the place.
These include a good pub quiz on Mondays, a chance to bring and spin your own vinyls on Thursdays and many other events on top. Some of these are more random than others.... One time I was in there, they had some naked portrait painting session in the corner which they were showing live via linkup in a random art gallery in East London!
It also has a pool table and a nice (but very small) garden out the back too.
Cons
For the supreme greatness of their pizzas, they can sometimes take a little while to be served - but being cooked from fresh, I can excuse this!
