Top Vintage Clothing (Recommended)
Pros When I first moved to Cardiff my girlfriend dragged me into this shop and I have to say I was impressed. They sell a great range of retro clothing at decent prices. The shop has a nice relxaed atmosphere and there are always some nice tunes being played in the background. Great for people looking for something a bit different at nice prices.
Cons The shop is a bit on the small side which may be a problem for people who like their space while browsing.

Hobo's (Recommended)
Pros Finally a good vintage shop! Certainly do not be put off by how small it looks, compared to tons of other vintage shops I have come across their stock isn't half as good as Hobo's!
This little shop has tons of variety, they sell leather goods, mens shirts, womens dresses, skirts and jumpers. They also stock tons of accessories such as belts, sunglasses(all dead stock vintage no scrapes) bags, umbrella's, they sell loads of kitcsh postcards, tins, and buttons! Everything is extremely cheap, you are looking at about £30-40 for a leather jacket, £8+ for a dress, £5+ for a jumper and so on. These prices are great but not only that some real gems turn up sometimes such as old Levi's shirts! TIP: if you are a student present your student card and you will get 10% off!!
If you are in Cardiff do try to visit Hobo's as you might not know what you'll find!

I like clothes that are not run of the mill. Good to hear of somewhere where there is room for individuality still.
