my favourite pub in Cardiff (Recommended)
Pros This is a great pub, hidden away off Cathedral Road and close to Bute Park and Sophia gardens. It has two beer gardens, lounge, a resturant section and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Theyoffer a good selection of real ales, (including local brews), largers and wines. Great for the Welsh speakers too.
Cons Can be a bit hard to find if you are not a local to Cardiff (but it is well worth the investigation!)

Cardiff's best (Recommended)
Pros This is arguably Cardiff's best pub:
- great for lounging out in the sunshine in its beer garden;
- great value traditional Welsh food served in spacious building;
- all the staff are welsh-speakers - great for the locals and tourists alike
Outside of the Milliennium stadium (or your local rugby club I guess) this is the best place to watch internationals - mainly because of the singing and the atmosphere.
