Roman Baths + gift shop (Recommended)

Pros I’ve been here on 2 occasions and would love to go again; it’s always a lovely trip, and such a fascinating place. It doesn’t cost a great deal to get in which is great as it’s such a large place that you could easily spend hours in. You are provided with headsets that activate when you’re near sites of interest, the bonus is if you don’t want to listen then you can just not put them on, the information is all written down on useful boards as well. The whole area is very peaceful which allows you to fully appreciate the amazing colour of the roman baths and all the history surrounding it.
There is a lovely restaurant attached to the roman baths as well as a gift shop that sells some really interesting books about the baths and all the other nick knacks like pencils and paper weights, which do make for good souvenirs.

Cons Only thing is that the attatched restaurant is a little pricey as you might expect.

Roman Bath Gift Shop

Pros Having lived in Bath for a couple of years now, the Roman Bath shop is one of those places you'll always pass on the High Street. The best bit of all is that you don't have to visit the Roman Baths Museum to access it.

Inside it has beautiful little trinkets from handmade jewellery to soap and bath bombs. If you’re visiting Bath for the first time you’ll easily find the perfect gift to take back to a family member. And if you’re a local you’re able to get a discount with your Bath resident card.

Cons Some of the items in the shop can be a bit pricey.
