A wonderful 2 hours (Recommended)

Pros I went to the bath spa last year and cant wait to return, It is 19.00 for 2.5 hrs, 2 hours in the spa and 30 mins if you would like a drin afterwards. However when we went they had no way of knowing how long you had been so we had a bit longer!! The spa is on 3 layers, bottom is a heated indoor pool which to be honest is like a 4 star hotel pool, it is lovely but seena dn done it before. the second layer is the armotherpy pods. These are like large bubbles you sit in, and you breathe the warm oils in such as lavender, pine, etc. It is so relaxing and not like a steam room where it can get very hot, these are a comfortable heat. the 3 layer is the best, the open air pool. Yiu have to try it to experience it!!

Cons No one tells you to take 2 towels!! You need one to take round with you from layer layer and another to dry yourself!!
Some people think it is expensive, but i think it is very good for the relaxed state of mind you are in when you leave!!

Beautiful Thermae Bath Spa (Recommended)

Pros I went here with family as a Birthday treat and loved it. I've been meaning to go back, but it's trying to convince my other half to go.

There's an awesome roof top pool which is heated, 4 different kinds of saunas and a large pool/jacuzzi type area. The place is always kept clean and you're also a cafe you can visit in your bathrobe and slippers. They also allow you to take your own flip flops and towels.

Cons It's pricey, even with a local residents discount. I was a bit shocked by the price of tea and coffee in the cafe. However, despite this it was a really nice treat.

Bathe in the open air (Recommended)

Pros You can choose to use the full spa facilities or just have a dunk in the Cross Bath, which is definately an experience. A walled bath in the middle of a pedestrianised zone. You can hear folks walking by but you can't see them and they can't see you. Changing facilities are basic, a couple of cubicles and some lockers. The pool itself is great. We went in Feb, it was freezing and we wasted no time in changing and jumping into the warm water. It was very relaxing laying back in the water and watching the clouds move over head.

Cons If you feel the cold don't go in the cross bath during the winter. A little on the expensive side.
