Pros Very knowledgable and experienced staff.
Selection of phones on display that can be looked at.

Cons very small crampped space on the corner of the street.

Pros they exchanged my phone when it broke( see cons)
they have a variety of different phones instore
helpful staff( see cons)

Cons they exchanged my phone when it broke but only after an argument as one member of staff had promised things they apparently couldnt deliver.

helpful staff except for the one mentioned before. i since think he has moved though.
