They talk the talk but cant walk the walk (Not Recommended)

Pros Broadband is free if you have a phone line with them.

Cons Took ages to get the free broanband which was offered.
Finally recieved it after months of no internet.
After a 6 months I wanted to moved house, they told me I had to go with BT at the new house for three months and then go back to them. I told them I didn't want to do that I wanted to move with them not have to go to a different company. They told me that if I didn't do that I would be charged for coming out of my contract early, even though they were making me come out of the contrat early to go with BT. This was months ago and they are still trying to chase me for the money. I did go with BT and then stayed with me. My advise do not sign up to Talk Talk.

Extremely frustration (Not Recommended)

Pros Charges for internet and phone packages very competitve

Cons Waited for months and no broadband connection
Customer Services terrible- was sent conflicitng letters and phonecalls to Customer Services resulted in me being passed to several departments.
Tried to charge me disconnection fee for broadband which had never been connected
