Pros Highly recommended independent fee free mortgage broker.
I have used London and Country for my last 3 remortgages, each time with no hassle and very helpful and courteous staff.
I have also recommended London and Country to several people who have all had equally positive experiences, in one case London and Country were unable to meet the terms that the current mortgage providers were offering and so they did not try to push them to a product that was less suitable

Pros These guys are highly recommended by Martin Lewis (aka the Money Saving Expert). The real bonus is that unlike Charcols and Chase de Vere, they don't charge you to arrange a mortgage. You do all of your communication either by e-mail or over the phone - tell them what you want and what you need, they go away and crunch the figures and come back with a package to match your needs. If you decide to go ahead, they can arrange everything for you.

The other good thing about them is that they are whole of market in that they can select any mortgage from the market and tailor it to your needs. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and provide good communication at all times so you know exactly what is going on.

If you have selected a fixed term mortgage, they will start notifying you a few months before the term ends that you need to start considering what you what to do when the fixed term ends.

Great personal service throughout.
